Shruti Dash

Shruti Dash is an accomplished ICT Program Director with over 15 years of international experience in leading cross-functional global teams. Currently managing the end-to-end delivery of 5G, LTE, and TV Media programs at Ericsson, Shruti leverages strategic planning and consultative leadership to drive significant business growth. Having previously served as a Major in the Indian Army, Shruti developed strong leadership and communication skills, which have been instrumental in managing complex projects and high-stakes decisions in fast-paced environments. Shruti holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Amravati University.
