Shweta Arora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in testing and software engineering, currently serving as a Test & Release Manager at Ericsson since February 2015. In this technical leadership role, Shweta has successfully driven test optimization and quality assurance for major clients such as VIVO and TMO across virtualized and containerized platforms. Previously, Shweta held pivotal positions at Comverse Network Systems, leading customization projects for clients in Asia, and contributed as a Sr. Test Engineer at GlobalLogic, focusing on automation for VoIP applications.
