Siddu M is an IT Security Specialist currently working as a SOC Lead at Ericsson, where they manage a team of nine in various security domains. With over 11 years of experience in IT, Siddu has spent 3.5 years in Technical Service Desk and Incident Management and 2.5 years in Service Desk Management. They have four years of expertise in CyberArk technology and have successfully managed IT Service Desk transitions in Budapest and New Zealand. Siddu holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Basaveswer School in Bagalkot.
