Siegfried Macher

Siegfried Macher is currently the Global BSS Program Director at Ericsson, where they manage global BSS program initiatives. Previously, Siegfried served as the Practice Principal for BSS & OSS at Hewlett-Packard, responsible for P&L within the Telecommunications Vertical. Their career began at Accenture, where they held various roles, including IT & Business Consultant and Manager of the Telco Practice in Austria. Siegfried holds degrees in IT & Telecommunications from Technische Universität Graz and in Business Administration from the University of Graz.
