Sofia Rosu is a Senior Expert in labor law and negotiations at Ericsson, where they provide daily support on labor law matters to HR managers and other partners since 2017. Previously, they served as a labor law advisor at Trapezia Miljökonsult and as a lawyer/negotiator at Teknikföretagen, among other roles.
