Sophie Exner

Sophie Exner has extensive experience in Human Resources and Total Rewards, having held various leadership roles across multiple companies. Most recently, Sophie served as Head of Total Rewards Sweden & Group Functions Global at Ericsson from February 2023 to June 2023, and previously as Director Total Rewards at Bravida from October 2021 to February 2023. Prior experience includes a strategic role as Senior Manager Compensation Benefits at TietoEVRY, where Sophie contributed to the integration of Tieto and EVRY, and held multiple positions at Tieto, including Head of Human Resources Operations and Compensation Benefits Specialist. Sophie's career began at Tele2, where responsibilities included HR generalist duties and payroll management.
