Stefan Lundgren

Stefan Lundgren is an agile coach and leadership expert specializing in developing people and organizations, as well as managing complex products. With a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stefan has held various leadership roles at Ericsson, including Section Manager and Department Manager, where they successfully implemented large-scale agile frameworks and enhanced productivity. They began their career as a consultant at ÅF, working on investigations and product development across multiple sectors. Stefan's expertise lies in Agile/Lean development, continuous integration, and fostering motivated teams.
