Stefan Parkvall

Stefan Parkvall is an IEEE Fellow at IEEE, recognized for contributions to cellular standards. They previously held various roles at Ericsson, including Senior Expert, Senior Specialist, and Principal Researcher from 2010 to 2018. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Professor in Communication Theory and a PhD student at the Royal Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2001. Stefan completed their PhD in Electrical Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1996 and pursued postdoctoral studies at the University of California, San Diego from 1997 to 1998.
