Stefan Znarowski

Stefan Znarowski is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in the ICT industry. Currently, they serve as the head of the R&D Center Poland at Ericsson and are part of a global leadership team in radio network development. Having completed their Telecommunications Engineering degree at Lodz University of Technology, Stefan's career began with technical roles focused on software quality and evolved into management positions starting in 2002. Prior to their current role, Stefan held various leadership positions at Ericpol, contributing to complex international projects across multiple countries.
