Stever Hansoo

Stever Hansoo is a certified Change and Project Manager with expertise in enterprise change management and a track record of driving organizational transformations. Currently serving as a Transformation Lead at Ericsson, Stever manages a transformation strategy, collaborates with various stakeholders, and promotes continuous improvement. They previously held roles such as Project Manager at Runway and Process Development Manager at Eesti Energia, where they optimized operational workflows and led strategic initiatives.
