Su Chien Lam is an HR professional with over 20 years of functional experience in diverse industries including technology, finance, medical devices, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals. They have held significant roles at Ericsson, serving as the Head of Total Rewards and Head of People for MOAI Common Functions, as well as at IBM and Philips in compensation and benefits leadership.
