Subhankar Paul

Subhankar Paul is the Head of Offshore Delivery for the MEA Region and is currently pursuing a Doctoral Program in Management at XLRI Jamshedpur. With 20 years of experience in Service Delivery Project Management and SD Organization management, Subhankar has specialized in Delivery Management, Project Portfolio P&L, and Competence Centre Establishment. Previously, Subhankar held several key positions at Ericsson and Tata Consultancy Services, where they demonstrated capabilities in strategic planning, team leadership, and project execution across multiple geographies. Subhankar earned a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Burdwan and an PGDBM from IIM Lucknow.
