Sumbul Khan

Sumbul Khan possesses extensive expertise in systems and technology, currently serving as the VP and Head of Systems and Technology at Ericsson since January 2017. In this role, Sumbul leads global initiatives to develop intelligent services powered by AI and ML for the Network Services portfolio. Previous positions at Ericsson include Head of System Management and Technology Network Services and Head Network Ecosystem Customer Support, where responsibilities encompassed transformative technology solutions and vendor-agnostic customer support development. Prior to Ericsson, Sumbul held leadership roles at Nortel and Alcatel USA, coordinating large-scale software development and project management efforts. Sumbul holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Osmania University.
