Sumit Shukla

Sumit Shukla is a Domain Manager and Senior Engineer specializing in L1 operations for telecom and cloud infrastructure. Currently employed at Ericsson since 2011, Sumit works closely with Service Delivery managers to ensure SLA compliance and manage customer escalations as a NOC manager. With experience in establishing teams and handling multiple overseas project transitions, they also hold a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications from Vishveshwarya Institute of Engineering and Technology and are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
