Sven Dellen

Sven Dellen is currently a line manager at Ericsson, overseeing a team of over 20 project controllers across Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. They are responsible for personnel management, development, and planning, as well as stakeholder and change management, while driving SOX compliance. Sven has held multiple roles within Ericsson since 2008, including Transformation Manager for the MELA Project Finance Management and various leadership positions in project finance management. Prior to joining Ericsson, Sven worked as a project assistant at Randstad Deutschland and as a student assistant in accounting and administration at Entsorgungsgesellschaft Krefeld. They earned a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration from Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf.
