Tamer Ragab is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in communication and electronics at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. They have extensive experience in incident management, having worked at Ericsson from 2011 to 2017 in various roles, including incident manager for MMEA S&R strategy and performance, as well as FO shift leader and incident manager. Prior to this, Tamer served as a sales engineer at Systel Telecom from 2009 to 2011.
