Tom Eggermont

Tom Eggermont is an experienced senior procurement and strategic sourcing leader currently serving as the Head of Sourcing Operational Excellence & Compliance for Global Sourcing at Ericsson. With a strong track record in building and leading high-performing purchasing organizations, Tom oversees strategic sourcing for over 100 countries, managing a substantial external spend and a diverse team. They have previously held prominent roles within Ericsson, including Head of Sourcing for Europe and Latin America, where they guided complex negotiations and supplier management strategies. A native Dutch speaker, Tom is also proficient in English and brings a comprehensive skill set in procurement strategy, supplier segmentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
