Tommy Westin

Tommy Westin is the current Head of DUCI Architectures & Technology at Ericsson, where they have been responsible for strategies and technology leadership in DU Core & IMS since 2010. Previously, they served as the PDU Manager for ATM Multi-Service Networks at Ericsson and held the position of General Manager of R&D at Ericsson Hungary Ltd from 2002 to 2010. Tommy's career began in applied research management at ELLEMTEL, where they worked from 1984 to 1989. They earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology between 1968 and 1972.
