Tony Foley

Head of RAN CX Operations and Programs

Tony Foley is currently the Head of RAN CX Operations and Programs at Ericsson, where they manage a team delivering customer support and product maintenance for RAN. Previously, Tony held various leadership roles at Ericsson, including Manager of the 5G and 4G Customer Support Department and VNF Development Center Manager, overseeing critical product development initiatives. They began their career as a Business Associate at EDS, an HP Company, and have held positions in project and program management across multiple departments in Ericsson since 1996. Tony earned a Master's degree in Management Science and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin.
