Tushar Pandya

Tushar Pandya is a Program Director at Ericsson India Global Services Pvt Ltd, actively driving digital transformation initiatives aimed at shifting operations from event-driven to data-driven approaches. With extensive experience in project and program management, Tushar has led large-scale, complex transitions and delivery projects, including overseeing the RCOM MS transition, which involved over 5,500 personnel across multiple locations.
