Valentin Cretu

Valentin Cretu, ADIT, is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Global Tax Counsel at Ericsson since February 2021, where responsibilities include providing tax advice to Group companies and ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations. Previously, Valentin held various roles at EY from September 2011 to February 2021, progressing from Tax Consultant to Senior Tax Manager, focusing on areas such as VAT, corporate income tax, and international tax services. Valentin holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Banks, and Stock Exchange from Academia de Studii Economice din București, as well as a secondary education from “Dinicu Golescu” National College.
