Valle Maroto

Valle Maroto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Ericsson since January 2009, currently holding the positions of Head of Group Management System and Group Process Management and Head of Performance, Transformation and Compliance Office for Market Area Europe and Latin America. Valle leads multi-disciplinary teams across 144 countries, focusing on improvement projects, digital transformation, and compliance management. Previous roles at Ericsson include Head of Business Excellence for the Region Mediterranean, Head of Operations Management Office, and Head of Field Services Organization for Hub Iberia, among others. Valle's career also includes significant management positions at ESIC Business & Marketing School as an Associate Professor, Marconi PLC, NCR, and AT&T. Educational qualifications include an EMBA from IESE Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, a B.B.A. from Universidad CEU San Pablo, and specialized programs in Management and AI from ESIC and MIT.
