Vinil Menon has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, starting as a Network Test Engineer at SOFTLINE Computers Pvt Ltd from May 2001 to July 2003. Following this, Vinil worked as a Project Associate-Testing at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from August 2003 to May 2005. In subsequent roles, Vinil served as a Technical Team Lead at Wipro, and then as a Lead QA Engineer at Cisco from July 2007 to March 2013, overseeing critical testing efforts and hardware releases. From April 2013 to January 2016, Vinil held the position of QA Project Manager at Avaya, leading significant software development initiatives. Currently, since January 2016, Vinil is a Senior Technical Product Manager at Ericsson India, responsible for system test delivery and the introduction of Agile methodologies within the team. Vinil holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras, completed in 2001.
