Vivek Gautam is currently the Head of 5G Operations Assurance, where they oversee the establishment and strategic development of Malaysia’s first 5G Operations Centre. With a career at Ericsson since 2007, they have gained extensive experience in mobile technology and network operations, working across various roles including Customer Technical Manager and Service Architect. Vivek's expertise encompasses CS Core, VoLTE/IMS, NFVi, and virtualization, complemented by a strong background in customer management and technical solutions. They hold a B-Tech Honour in Electronics and Communications from Kurukshetra University.
