Waqas Opal is an ITIL®4 Master and a cybersecurity leader with over 18 years of experience in network performance management and service architecture. They have held various roles, including Cyber Security Consultant at Vodafone, where they embed security into the product delivery lifecycle. Waqas has also worked at Ericsson as a Service Design Architect and Capacity Manager, where they implemented capacity governance processes and developed innovative solutions that achieved significant cost savings. They hold an MSc in Mobile and High-Speed Telecommunication Networks and additional certifications in CISCO Networks.
