Wayne Ding

Wayne Ding is an experienced technology professional with a focus on advanced telecommunications and network engineering. Since December 2009, Wayne has served as a System Architect at Ericsson, specializing in Cloud RAN System Design, 5G network performance, and deployment operations. Prior roles at Ericsson include CloudRAN Engineer, Data Scientist, Technology Specialist, and Senior System Engineer, contributing expertise in cloud-native RAN, AI/ML, mobile big data analytics, and LTE system engineering. Earlier experience includes positions as a 4G Wireless Architect at Nortel, Broadband Access System Architect at Nortel-Huawei JV, and various engineering roles at Nortel, Lucent Technologies, and Newbridge Networks, where Wayne was involved in security architecture, network engineering, and product development. Wayne holds a Master of Science from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science from Ocean University of China.
