Wenya Chen has a diverse background in the telecommunications and technology industry, with extensive experience in strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and business development. In their current role as the Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer of Region North East Asia at Ericsson, Wenya has played a key role in doubling market share in China, entering new markets in Japan, increasing profit margins, and securing investments in 5G and IoT technologies. Prior to Ericsson, Wenya held leadership positions at Dentsu Aegis Network, Nokia Telecommunications, Lenovo Group, and NTT DOCOMO, where Wenya was instrumental in conducting M&A projects, developing business strategies, and expanding mobile services in China.
