Winda Yunita

Winda Yunita is a seasoned HR Director with extensive experience in human resources management across multiple industries. They served as the Human Resources Director at PT Eisai Indonesia, where they led HR activities and contributed to the corporate mission of "human healthcare." Winda has held various leadership positions, including HR Director at Multi Bintang Indonesia and VP of Human Capital at Euromedica Group. Currently, they are the Head of People for Indonesia and Timor Leste at Ericsson. Winda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and multiple Master’s degrees, including an MBA with Distinction from the University of Greenwich.
