Yee Wee Chan

Yee Wee (Michelle) Chan is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Change Management Leader with extensive experience in training and consulting across the telecommunications sector. They began their career as a Training Consultant at LHS Communications and progressed to various roles at LHS Telekommunikation GmbH, ultimately becoming a specialist in technical and functional training. They served as Manager of Product Consulting at Ericsson, where they led a team and managed product installations and customer support. Currently, they oversee multiple product deliveries and manage organizational portfolios, focusing on risk management and stakeholder collaboration. Yee Wee holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Technology from London Guildhall University and a Diploma in Information Technology from Sunway College Malaysia.
