Ziad Belhadj is currently the Head of Global Sales and Presales for Service Management, 5G slicing, Orchestration, and Assurance at Ericsson. They previously held roles including the Head of Global Plan to Provision Solutions and Chairman of the OSS/BSS Summit at the same company. Ziad has also served as the Head of Global Network Design and OSS Solutions at Norconsult Telematics Ltd, and as Executive Director for the Middle East and Africa at Telcordia Technologies. Earlier in their career, Ziad was a Partner at Eserve. They are pursuing a PhD at Ecole Centrale de Nantes and a Master's degree at Polytech Nantes.
