Anna Dicander is the Vice President and Head of Radio & Transport Engineering at Ericsson, where they are responsible for developing and delivering innovative radio and transport products for global telecommunications operators. With a career spanning various roles in R&D, Anna has built and led diverse teams across multiple geographies while focusing on technology leadership, customer value, and employee engagement. They hold a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Chalmers tekniska högskola and currently serve on the Board of Directors for both AMEXCI and Lindholmen Science Park. Anna is passionate about coaching and fostering workplace culture and enjoys outdoor activities in their free time.
