Derek W. is the Head of Global Program Management for Network Managed Services at Ericsson, where they build and lead a Program Office focused on strategic global transformation programs and continuous improvement in project management. Prior to their current role, Derek served as the Director of Project Operations and was involved in leadership for major strategic programs at Ericsson. They also gained experience at Sprint as a Technical Project/Program Manager, overseeing a large project portfolio that impacted infrastructure development. Derek holds a degree from Rockhurst University, which they completed in 2013.
