EPH provides construction management on all renovations projects. Working with your Contractor or assembling a trusted team of trade professionals on your behalf. EPH provides site supervision, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining the construction schedule. From comprehensive pre-construction design to placing art on the walls, EPH delivers unparalleled service while forging quality relationships.

INTERIOR PHOTO STYLING
Whether it's a new market listing or new production, having a photo stylist translates the 3D into fluid 2D. EPH will work closely with your photographer (or refer you to a trusted resource) and organize all details of the shoot: create a shot schedule, consult on lighting and procure all props.
