Norm worked as a Health Safety Environment Consultant at Witcher Electric, Inc. from April 2005 to June 2021. Norm also held the role of HSE Advisor at Rival Well Services from October 2018 to June 2021. Norm served as the Regional Vice President at eRisk Solutions starting in June 2021.
