Steve Pomeroy

Steve Pomeroy has had a long and varied career in the biological sciences. Steve began their career in 1986 as a Biological Technician and Lab Tech at the University of Rochester, where they worked in the EH&S Department in Health Physics (radiation control). In 1991, they began working at the University of Florida as a Sr. Biological Scientist, where they conducted HIV research and anti-HIV drug screening. Steve was also a Biological Scientist and Lab Tech at the University of Florida. In 2015, they returned to the University of Florida as a Sr. Biological Scientist, where they conducted exosome production and characterization and exosome drug loading studies. In 2018, they began working as the Director of Operations at EriVan Bio LLC.

Steve Pomeroy attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Steve then attended the University of Rochester from 1988 to 1991, studying Physics and Mathematics.
