Eric Greene

Eric Greene is currently the Vice President at Erland Construction, where they manage the Residential Group, focusing on Multi-family Housing, Hospitality, and Senior Living markets. They began their career as a Co-op student at Northeastern University and gained extensive experience working with architects, engineers, and contractors. With over 35 years in the construction industry, Eric remains passionate about building lasting structures and fostering relationships within the field. Notably, they have held positions as Director of Acquisitions at JPI Multi Family Housing and Project Executive at Shawmut Design and Construction prior to their current role.
