Alexandra Fraser

Alexandra Fraser is a Partner at ERM, specializing in Energy Transition and managing the Central Europe Business Unit since August 2021, overseeing operations in Germany, Switzerland, Poland, and Romania with a focus on commercial strategy and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Fraser served as Managing Partner for the Pacific West Business Unit at ERM from April 2017 to February 2021, managing business operations in California and Hawaii. Additional experience includes positions as Environmental Manager for the California High Speed Rail Delivery Partners, Vice President at AECOM for the Northern California/Pacific Region, and Vice President at URS Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed operations across multiple engineering disciplines. Fraser holds a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from The University of Kansas and a BS in Biology from Baylor University, with further academic experience at ETH Zürich.
