Alexia O'Brien

Alexia O'Brien is a Principal Consultant and Senior Project Manager at ERM, specializing in regulatory compliance for the energy industry, particularly under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Endangered Species Act (ESA). With extensive experience in environmental assessments, coordination with federal and state agencies, and natural resource survey tracking, Alexia has contributed to projects involving over 600 miles of tracts in Eastern U. Prior roles include Regulatory Specialist at Natural Resource Group, LLC, where regulatory compliance expertise was developed before the company was acquired by ERM, and STEM Peer Mentor at UNC Wilmington, providing support to Environmental Science freshmen. Alexia holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Economics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and is pursuing further studies at the University of Limerick.
