Aly Mac currently serves as the Global Learning Experience & Design Manager at ERM since May 2023 and has been the founder and Experience Design Consultant at Positive Objective since June 2004, specializing in business and project strategy, graphic design, photography, videography, web design, branding, advertisement, and user interfaces. Previous roles include Digital Learning Design Manager at KPMG UK from September 2021 to May 2023, and Digital Learning Design Manager as well as Content Development Specialist at Deloitte UK from October 2017 to September 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Creative Content Producer at Sava from January 2014 to October 2017, Content Producer at Factory Media from September 2011 to January 2014, Snowboard Instructor and Park Shaper at The Snow Centre from December 2009 to September 2012, and Events Coordinator & Web Administrator for For Boarders By Boarders from December 2008 to September 2011.
