Amanda Lau

Amanda Lau is a Senior Consultant at ERM, where responsibilities include leading end-to-end change management, training, and communication programs to help organizations achieve their Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and sustainability objectives. Previously, Amanda worked at Accenture in various roles, including Strategy Consultant and Management Consultant, focusing on change management and digital transformations for clients in the life sciences and resources sectors. Earlier experience includes positions as a VCE English Tutor, Administrative Assistant, and Customer Care Advisor, alongside several mentoring roles in educational programs. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Melbourne.
