Amelia Mitchell

Amelia Mitchell is a Managing Consultant specializing in Low Carbon Industries and Molecules at ERM, where employment began in July 2021 following the acquisition of Element Energy, where Mitchell served as a Senior Consultant and Consultant focused on industrial decarbonisation and CCUS from July 2019 to September 2023. With experience in modelling decarbonisation pathways and developing site-level roadmaps for heavy industry, Mitchell has also engaged in the creation of business models, policies, and technologies for CO2 utilization and greenhouse gas removal. Earlier experience includes a Technical Summer Internship at Granta Design, where Mitchell worked on life cycle impact assessments, and a Research Assistant role at Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, researching mechanical properties of superalloys. Education includes a Master of Natural Sciences in Materials Science and a BA from the University of Cambridge.
