Amy Legrand

Amy LeGrand, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for HR Business Partners of the West and Canada Business Units at ERM since November 2019, having previously held roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Manager. Prior to ERM, Amy operated as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sierra Nevada Corporation from November 2017 to November 2019, providing advisory support on various HR issues and enhancing employee engagement. Amy's extensive experience in HR also includes a role as Senior HR Associate at DISH Network, where responsibilities encompassed benefits administration for a large employee base, and corporate IT recruitment. Amy began a career in human resources with positions at RE/MAX and Molson Coors after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
