Anca Ṭ. is an experienced Product and Program Manager with a focus on ESG, SaaS, and FinTech. Currently serving as the Principal, Product Manager ESG Fusion at ERM, Anca manages a multi-year product roadmap and leads initiatives to integrate AI/ML technologies into ESG workflows. With over ten years of experience, Anca has previously held positions as an Associate Director of Operations and a Senior ESG Analyst, where they oversaw significant team expansions and product developments.
