Andreas King

Andreas King is a seasoned Principal Consultant specializing in M&A transactions with extensive experience in environmental due diligence, compliance assessment, and corporate responsibility. Current involvement is with ERM: Environmental Resources Management since July 2011, leading the London-based M&A team. Prior roles include Senior Principal at URS Corporation Ltd from 2006 to 2011, and Senior Consultant at Det Norske Veritas from 2002 to 2006, where responsibilities included business development and environmental assessments. Previous positions also include Senior Consultant at RPS Group from 1999 to 2002 and Project Manager/Director at the Social & Environmental Risk Management Rating Agency from 1996 to 1999, focusing on environmental and social risk evaluations for FTSE 350 corporates.
