Andrew Probert

Andrew Probert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing mergers and acquisitions and driving business development within the finance sector. Currently serving as the Regional Managing Partner for M&A in Northern Europe at ERM since September 2023, Andrew previously held key positions at Kroll, including City Leader for London, and Regional Managing Director overseeing ESG advisory and business development in EMEA. Prior to Kroll, Andrew was an Associate Partner at EY, where responsibilities included leading transaction structuring and technical accounting initiatives. Andrew began a successful career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, excelling in transaction structuring and audit management, and initially gained experience as an Accounting Assistant at Dimon International Ltd. Andrew holds a BSc in Maths with Accounting from the University of Exeter.
