Andy Bale has extensive experience in environmental engineering and management, currently serving as a Partner at ERM since December 1999. Prior to this, Andy held the position of Managing Principal at Dames & Moore from 1988 to 1999 and was the Lead Environmental Engineer at Montana Mining & Timber between August 1986 and December 1987. Educationally, Andy earned a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London in 1986, along with a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Geography from King's College London, completed in 1985.
