Anisha Lehal

Anisha Lehal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and project management. Currently serving as a Business Change Manager at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since October 2019, Anisha has led transformative initiatives and developed a Change Management Playbook for the IT sector. Previously, Anisha held the role of Senior Consultant at Change Management Group, focusing on system implementations for major retail clients, notably leading a Microsoft Dynamics – D365 project. Anisha's expertise also includes significant positions at The Dune Group, Tesco PLC, Mace Group, and Gleeds, with a proven track record in process improvement, technology management, and consultancy within various sectors. Anisha holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University.
