Aparna Doshi

Aparna Doshi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Partner M&A in ERM's India Leadership Team since June 2025, Aparna previously held significant roles including Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where leadership included overseeing the Global Sustainability Center of Excellence and driving ESG integration for clients. Aparna has a strong background in post-merger integration, having co-led major projects in the specialty-chemical sector, and has extensive experience in managing solar power initiatives through previous positions at Astonfield Renewables. With academic credentials from Harvard Business School and the University of Nottingham, Aparna combines strategic insight with a robust operational foundation.
