Ben Watson serves as the People Advisory Manager for Europe, Middle East & Africa at ERM, a sustainability consultancy, since July 2022, where a focus on aligning HR strategy with corporate objectives has been central to the role. Prior to this position, Ben held the HR Advice & Policy Manager role at Herbert Smith Freehills from July 2019 to July 2022, and gained extensive experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations through various legal roles at MinterEllison, Allion Legal, and Ashurst from 2008 to 2019. Earlier experience includes administrative roles at Ramsay Health Care, constituent liaison work for The Hon Julie Bishop MP, and an internship in the United States Senate. Ben holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Western Australia.
