Beth Martin is currently a Managing Technical Consultant at ERM, specializing in Sustainable Energy Solutions since 2022, following the acquisition of Element Energy. Prior to this role, Beth served as a Senior Consultant at Element Energy from 2020 to 2022 and held a position as a Tutor for second-year undergraduates at Corpus Christi College, Oxford University in 2015-2016. Beth completed a DPhil in New and Sustainable Photovoltaics at the University of Oxford, which they pursued from 2014 to 2018, after earning a Master’s degree in Physics with a focus on Condensed Matter Physics and Quantum Information from the same institution. Beth began their academic journey at Northallerton College, where they excelled in A levels before attending the University of Oxford.
